Fees & Pricing

1. Entry fee per vehicle

The fee for each vehicle is shown on the vehicle page before you pay. Bids9 may set a different fee for a particular category or vehicle; the amount shown at payment is the amount charged.

One payment unlocks unlimited bids on that vehicle until its auction closes.

2. GST

GST at 18% applies to the entry fee (whether fees are quoted GST-exclusive "+GST" or GST-inclusive; the app currently treats the listed fee as the total)[To confirm]. When Bids9 is GST-registered (GSTIN)[To confirm] you receive a tax invoice showing CGST + SGST (Gujarat) or IGST (other states); until then you receive a receipt / bill of supply. All receipts are in Transactions.

3. Event Pass (when enabled)

For some auction events Bids9 may offer an Event Pass: one payment unlocks every vehicle in that event, including vehicles added later. The price is shown on the event and is never less than the highest single-vehicle fee in the event. The Event Pass is currently off and appears only when enabled for an event.

4. What Bids9 never charges

• No security deposit.
• No commission or buyer’s premium on the vehicle price.
• No fee to sign up, browse or watch live auctions.
• No fee to pay the Insurer — you pay them directly.

5. Charges by others

The vehicle price, and any charges the Insurer or yard applies (for example storage after the pickup window, loading, or documentation), are set and collected by them (storage/handling charges per Insurer)[To confirm]. Towing, transport, registration transfer fees and taxes on the vehicle are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Paying the entry fee

Entry fees are paid online by UPI and other methods offered by our payment gateway. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
